Visit to See Renee

Kyle and Barb visited Renee in the East Bay to help her when she had some surgery on her sinuses. The surgery was very successful. She can now breathe normally.

Kyle tried to get into the WWDC. [It costs approx. $1,000] He didn't get in but he was given a WWDC mug.

Jeff, Kyle & Renee [before the surgery]

Barb drove Kyle to Apple's Headquarters while Renee was recovering. They had a little surprise. [See above]

Wedding August 5, 2006

Barb, Maureen & Kyle

Trevor and Karissa

Kyle did a great DVD of Eileen and Ryan for their wedding. He worked on it for a long time and it brought tears to Eileen and Maureen. Dwight had the flu so he missed the wedding.

More pics (See "The Gazebo and Boots")

The Gazebo and Boots

Hello all! This is our new "Gazebo"!!! All three of us went out there last night and lit some citronella candles, tested the Internet reception (PurdyNetwork:More bars in more places!), and ate popcorn (except me, with braces). We also set up our new patio set, in which all of the chairs recline like lounge chairs! Mom got so comfy with her down comforter and pillows that she almost stayed out there all night and slept! In case you didn't notice, the enclosure of the Gazebo stops bugs from getting in! Of course, there were still a few, but they were attracted to the light at the top of the Gazebo. The lights provide great light and keep the Gazebo warm and cozy. I also included a picture of Boots the Cat, who has recently adopted us. He (or she) stays out there all night and all day, waiting to be scratched and fed.
Love,
Kyle
