Kyle and Barb visited Renee in the East Bay to help her when she had some surgery on her sinuses. The surgery was very successful. She can now breathe normally.
Kyle tried to get into the WWDC. [It costs approx. $1,000] He didn't get in but he was given a WWDC mug.

Barb drove Kyle to Apple's Headquarters while Renee was recovering. They had a little surprise. [See above]
